Torus Finance has been working between Brazil and the United States since 2011, with offices in Miami (150 SE 2nd Ave, Brickell) and São Paulo.
What that means in practice: company internationalization, books kept to the standards of both countries, and people who can hold the conversation in Portuguese with a founder and in English with a US bank, lawyer or auditor on the same day.
Their leadership has run corporate finance across Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Chile and Uruguay, so a cross-border structure is not a first for them.

Fábio Munhoz — Founding Partner & Director. He has led Torus Finance since co-founding the firm in 2011, overseeing its consulting and M&A practice. He previously served as CFO for Latin America at a global technology company, leading corporate finance and back-office functions across Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Chile and Uruguay. Earlier in his career he held roles at leading global consulting firms, and later worked in controllership and finance leadership at multinational and national companies.
